FlameFy, a company in media and content management solutions, incubated by TF1, has confirmed the acquisition of OKAST startup.  The ambition of the strategic alliance is a common desire to develop a synergistic and innovative service for producers, broadcasters and content owners wishing to launch their own streaming or VoD services.

OKAST offers a solution to allow audiovisual companies and independent creators to monetise their video content within any type of screen. FlameFy brings its big data technology to find, grow and activate its audience.

“Today, there aren’t any solutions on the market offering such a complete service, integrating the technical support of a multi-screen premium video service combined with a smart audience and contents management solution. From customers acquisition, to engagement and loyalty on a service, to detailed analysis of the audience and content consumption, we want to give all the tools to creators to develop their online revenues”. Simon Le Déaut, OKAST Founder and CEO.

“Today, customers insights is a decisive factor to win the audience battle. The future of television and online video goes through big data and machine learning. By processing smartly and automatically a large amount of information available on multiple channels, these technologies allow to understand our audience and then to be able to offer the right content to the right person at the right time. Offering the most personalized experience possible to a disparate audience is the key for tomorrow video services”. Cédric Monnier, CEO of FlameFy.
