Giglio Group acquires stake in Class Horse TV

Italian thematic channel producer Giglio Group has acquired a 3 per cent stake in Pegaso TV, a company that owns Italian equestrian channel Class Horse TV.
The deal is part of a partnership signed by the two companies that will see the gradual introduction of broadcasts in English and the channel’s global distribution on platforms on which Giglio Group is already present.
Class Horse TV is available on DTT in Italy (in the Lazio and Lombardy regions) as well as via satellite (on the Sky Italia and Tivusat DTH platforms) using the Eutelsat Hot Bird 13C satellite. The channel also transmits in live streaming.
Giglio Group is present in 47 countries on 5 continents with its TV channels (Nautical Channel, Giglio TV, Acqua and Playme) available on a variety of digital, web and mobile devices.
