ARRIS International has announced that Japanese cable TV and Internet provider Yamaguchi Cable Vision Co., Ltd has deployed ARRIS ServAssure Alarm Central to minimise network downtime and improve its subscribers’ broadband experience.
ARRIS ServAssure Alarm Central enables Yamaguchi Cable to address potential issues before they occur, identify previously undetectable issues in its network operations center (NOC), and reduce mean-time-to-repair (MTTR).
