TELUS has launched an enhanced app for Optik TV that makes it easier to watch content – any time, on any device. The new integrated app enables subscribers to watch live TV, access thousands of On Demand titles, and provides the ability to set and manage recordings, all from a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Optik TV subscribers can use the app to browse trending TV, choose from popular On Demand titles (including Rotten Tomatoes scores) or discover new content with the improved interface and search engine. Users can also access up to 185 channels in home and 155 on-the-go – the most live TV channels available on mobile devices in Western Canada. The app also allows users to order a movie on their TV and pick up right where they left off on their mobile device.
