SES Events airs Bare Knuckles in 4K

Satellite operator SES screened the Bare Knuckles Fighting Championship pay-per-view in 4K to US viewers, on June 2nd.

The event was produced by Multivision Media at the Cheyenne Ice Events Centre in Wyoming, and was available to cable and IPTV operators signed up for its 4K transmissions.

SES is already carrying UHD broadcasts from Fashion One 4K, NASA TV UHD, 4K Universe, Insight TV, C4K360, Funbox UHD, Travelxp 4K, Nature Relaxation 4K, The Country Network, UHD1, and the SES 4K channel (a developmental incubator for emerging content producers) and brought together by Vivicast Media. The event saw 12 bouts screened, all in UHD, for $29.99.

“The SES Events channel is readily available for live events to virtually every pay-TV operator across North America,” Steve Corda, VP/media platforms, SES Video in North America, said in a statement.
