Portugal: Eleven acquires more top-flight football

Global sports provider Eleven Sports has added to its growing portfolio in Portugal with the acquisition of live football from Bundesliga, the German Supercup (both from 2019/20), Scottish Ladbrokes Premiership, Belgian Jupiler Pro League, the Belgian Supercup and Arsenal’s official club channel (from 2018/19).
“Eleven Sports is bringing the best players, clubs and leagues to Portuguese football fans.” said Danny Menken, Group Managing Director, Eleven Sports. “We have already secured rights to several top leagues which equates to more than 3,300 hours of live and exclusive football per year, ensuring that there is always something on. In the coming weeks we will add much more non-football sports content to create an offer attractive to every sports fan in Portugal.”
