Vodafone Spain has started its deployment of 5G NSA networks in major Spanish cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Bilbao and Malaga.
Vodafone, along with Huawei, has installed 30 x 5G antennas in the different cities located in the centres, Universities and technological hubs to test the 5G services.
The company has used the 3.7 GHz band (of which it has a spectrum of up to 90MHz) that will allow speeds of up to 2.2 Gbps for data downloading.
