Movistar launches #Vamos

Telefónica’s pay-TV platform Movistar Plus is launching a new in-house TV channel #Vamos specifically dedicated to sports.
The new channel will broadcast 24/7 a programming based on live events, newscasts and interactive programmes with outstanding tournaments such as Wimbledon, NBA, Premier League and Liga Endesa among other contents.
Movistar aims to turn #Vamos into a key sports TV channel with an active participation of viewers.
“#Vamos will be a bidirectional channel. Viewers will be key in the channel being generators of content. We will make them participate in our decisions (of content),” said the platform in a statement.
