Make.TV appoints Iboshi as COO

Make.TV, a specialist in handling live video in the cloud, has announced the appointment of Tricia Iboshi as Chief Operating Officer. Based in San Francisco, Iboshi reports into Andreas Jacobi, Make.TV’s CEO and co-founder.

A broadcast and media industry veteran, Iboshi has spent over 17 years in IP video technology, including nine years at thePlatform, now part of Comcast Technology Solutions.

Iboshi is the latest addition to Make.TV’s expanding senior team, as the company responds to increased demand for its solutions for content acquisition, contribution and curation for esports, sports, news and entertainment. Previous hires in senior roles include Chief Revenue Officer Joseph Hopkins, joining from Verizon Digital Media; and Head of Account Management Matija Tonejc, formerly at Avid Technology.
