The Explorers on Apple TV in UHD/HDR

Apple TV has secured UHD/HDR documentary and factual programming from France-based The Explorers. The channel goes live on October 15th.
The Explorers, produced and hosted by Olivier Chiabodo, is available on Apple TV as well as iPhones and iPads in 15 languages. The footage includes 10 x 52 minutes movies (the Inventory series) and View From Above documentaries of 26 minutes each.
The Explorers are a team of global explorers, media professionals, scientists and artists serving a common goal: “creating the first planet inventory to showcase the wealth our Earth has to offer,” says Team leader Chiabodo.
The Explorers is the very first free-to-view UHD/HDR global application available on Apple TV.
