Discovery adds 5 networks to TV Everywhere apps

Discovery has announced that HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, DIY Network and Cooking Channel have been added to Discovery’s suite of TV Everywhere ‘GO’ apps on all platforms in the US. The networks join the twelve existing Discovery GO apps and bring more than 22,000 titles to the platform, increasing the number of titles across all of the apps to 45,000.
“Discovery’s suite of GO apps super-serves the consumer with the content they love and creates the ultimate viewing experience across all screens and platforms,” said Karen Leever, President, U.S. Digital Products and Marketing. “The addition of these networks to our platform allows our superfans direct access to over a thousand series to binge, catch up or watch live.”
Discovery’s GO apps connect fans across the US with live and on-demand programming, as well as offer early access to premiere episodes and same-day access.

Discovery’s suite of TV Everywhere GO apps launched in 2016 and are available on Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, iOS, Android, Chromecast, Xbox One, Samsung TV and Web.
