Research: Netflix subs more likely to downgrade than cancel

According to a study conducted by Hub Entertainment Research gauging reactions to Netflix’s new price increase among its subscribers, most respondents say they are unlikely to cancel their account. But there is a bigger risk among premium subscribers, many of whom say they’ll consider downgrading to a less expensive tier.
