Exclusive Curfew premiere stream

February 22, 2019

ESI Media – the commercial division of newspapers London Evening Standard, The Independent and local TV service London Live – is partnering with UK broadcaster Sky to host an exclusive first look of the full episode of new street race drama, Curfew. The show will be available across both the Evening Standard’s and the Independent’s digital channels.

Visitors to Standard.co.uk and Independent.co.uk will have exclusive free access to the much-anticipated show, nine hours ahead of general release. The streaming will take place on bespoke transmission pages on both sites until broadcast on Sky One at 9pm.

The campaign, brokered by MediaCom, will also include a supplement in the Evening Standard newspaper on Friday February 22nd featuring exclusive interviews with cast members.

Curfew is an eight-part Sky Original Production, from Tiger Aspect Productions in association with Moonage Pictures, and follows the story of ordinary people competing in the world’s fastest, most furious, illegal night-time street race.

“It’s hugely innovative that Sky should choose a publisher to premiere its new drama Curfew, and the fact it chose to do so with ESI Media is testament to the great relationship we have with Sky and MediaCom,” commented Jon O’Donnell, Managing Director, Commercial at ESI Media. “It just illustrates the breadth of content readers come to enjoy on our Evening Standard and Independent platforms.”
