StarTimes, the fast-growing DTH and digital terrestrial pay-TV broadcaster is trimming its subscription fees to its DTT service in Kenya by about 50 per cent.

Viewers will now also be able to view on a daily basis on its ‘Nyota’ bouquet, and costing just 25 Kenyan Shillings a day (about €0.22/$0.25).

As to more conventional monthly subs rates, fees drop from KSh 1499 to KSh 749 (€6.61) on its ‘Classic’ bouquet, and to KSh 259 for the monthly Nyota rate.

StarTimes is also adding 6 more services including National Geographic channel, Fox and Star Plus.
