MotionMark shows Ekioh’s Flow Browser is over 3x faster than Chrome

Ekioh’s multithreaded HTML browser is rapidly making a name for itself as being the fastest browser available. Whilst Blink based browsers like Chrome currently dominate the market, they might not be the best choice for application and middleware rendering. As the MotionMark benchmark confirms, Flow’s performance is streets ahead of the competition.
MotionMark is a popular browser benchmark that focuses upon graphics performance. It tests a variety of graphics techniques using HTML with CSS style, SVG, and Canvas.
The benchmark determines how many objects can be displayed whilst maintaining animations at 60 frames per second. This reflects real world requirements, mirroring the tough decisions that UI designers have to make, as achieving smooth transitions and other UI effects relies upon consistently delivering 60 fps.
Flow was tested against the latest versions of each of the competing browser engines using a 2018 2.9 GHz MacBook Pro with a Retina display. The score for each browser was obtained by running MotionMark ten times and then taking the average of the results.
Flow, Ekioh’s multithreaded browser, is the clear winner performing one and a half times as fast as the best of the rest and well over three times faster than the Blink based Chrome browser.
