DAZN nets Basketball Champions League in Spain

Basketball Champions League has signed a three-year agreement with sports streaming service DAZN ofor the period 2019-2022 in Spain

The agreement comes into effect immediately, with DAZN set to carry full coverage of the Basketball Champions League, running each season from October to May. With this agreement, DAZN will provide its viewers the opportunity to follow the European journey of Casademont Zaragoza, Baxi Manresa, Iberostar Tenerife and San Pablo Burgos.

Basketball Champions League CEO Patrick Comninos commented. “It is a great pleasure for us to team up with DAZN, a leading broadcaster group in Spain and in Europe. The Basketball Champions League exposure will be maximised thanks to the broadcasting of the games of all Spanish clubs by DAZN, and we are glad to see the Basketball Champions League extending its experience through digital coverage. DAZN provides the perfect way to consume sports for the future generation, offering the best of its experience to its viewers, and to each and every basketball fan.”

The action tips off on October 15th and concludes with the Final Four, scheduled for May 1st – 3rd 2020.
