Fox News Digital delivers record multiplatform views

FOX News Digital finished the month of October delivering its largest month of multiplatform views to date, securing 1.9 billion multi-platform views, (a 24 per cent increase from October 2018) and 4.1 billion total minutes (a 10 per cent increase from October 2018).

FOX News Digital also finished at number one in the news competitive set, outpacing CNN.com (1.8 billion/3.4 billion), NYTimes.com (1.2 billion/1.1 billion) and WashingtonPost.com (468 million/1.2 billion) in total views and total minutes.

Commenting on the performance, FOX News Digital Editor-In-Chief Porter Berry said: “FOXNews.com continues to dominate in the digital landscape. Our digital reporting platform has become a one-stop shop for providing our television audience with the very best original content they have come to expect from our brand, and the numbers prove it.”

The month of October also saw FOX News Digital deliver approximately 102 million multiplatform unique visitors among the 18+ demographic and 105 million in the 13+ news set, making October the eighth month in the calendar year with over 100 million multiplatform unique visitors.

Additionally, for the 62nd month in a row, FOX News continued to be the number one most-engaged news brand on social media in October with over 48 million interactions (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), according to Socialbakers. October also marked the highest month ever of Instagram interactions, up 8 per cent from September 2019 and marked the 42nd consecutive month that FOX News has been the number one most engaged news entity, delivering a 64 per cent increase compared to last year.
