April 15, 2020

Virgin TV has reported 4 million views of On Demand shows and films over the long Easter weekend .

The return of Britain’s Got Talent helped to entertain the nation this Easter with the popular ITV show being the most viewed On Demand programme on Virgin TV over the bank holiday weekend.

Virgin TV recorded more than 3.8 million views of its On-Demand collection of hit TV shows and films. With people staying at home for Easter, views of On Demand programming increased by more than 18 per cent compared to the previous year.

Virgin TV customers caught up on the first episode of BGT in their droves, and were also mystified by the magic tricks shown on Sky One’s Dynamo: Beyond Belief, enjoyed a road trip across the US with ITV’s Gordon, Gino and Fred, and laughed at the antics of the Goodman family in the latest episode of Channel 4’s comedy, Friday Night Dinner.
