TV5MONDE channel switches to HD in MTS IPTV network in Moscow Region

Cultural channel TV5MONDE is now available to MTS pay TV subscribers in Moscow and the Moscow Region in HD format. Viewers will see the broadcasts of the popular European French-language channel in a new quality, while the usual programme network and subtitles in Russian in a new format will be accessible.
In Russia, the channel is represented by THEMA, whose executive director Natalya Kabikova commented: “The demands of viewers on the quality of broadcasts are growing. In June, TV5MONDE will present a detective series “Helvetica”, which won the Best Foreign Film of 2019 award at the La Rochelle Film Festival, a popular series “Mysterious Murders of Agatha Christie”, documentaries about Versailles and the Champs Elysees and many other programs.
The TV channel is available for viewing by subscription as part of the Personal TV service and in the “Global” pack on the 419 button when using operator sorting.
