Alteox Media Consulting has signed a new distribution deal with SPI/FilmBox to bring SPI’s FilmBox On Demand to multiple operators. The first launch will be together with POST Luxembourg. The new FBOD content will now be available to all operators connected to alteox.stream b2b Video-on-Demand platform. POST Luxembourg is the leading IPTV provider in the nation and offers new and innovative approaches to pay-tv.
SPI/FilmBox is a global media company operating 42 television channels in six continents and already distributes its full portfolio of SPI channels, including the first global Turkish drama channel Timeless Drama Channel (TDC), which reaches over 5 million homes globally, on PostTV.
FilmBox On Demand will allow PostTV subscribers to access specially-curated SPI titles, including movies and thematic content, to be served through the OTT extensions of established platforms under a branded corner. This will include Hollywood blockbusters, award-winning world cinema gems to arthouse classics under a branded corner. Other VOD content accessible to users through this collaboration include TV series, visually ground-breaking documentaries, lifestyle programming, adrenaline sports entertainment, esports and mixed-martial arts tournaments.
Alteox Media Consulting is the exclusive content provider for PostTV offer and was at the forefront in facilitating this partnership.
