Bulgaria: Net1 and Mimyuni seal deal for five 4K TV channels

Bulgarian pay-TV operator NET1 started broadcasting all five 4K linear TV channels from Mimyuni Media Entertainment’s portfolio.
The agreement between the two parties allows the Bulgarian TV viewеrs to enjoy Pet & Pal, Chilayo, Party’s, WOW! and Speed Factor in UHD quality.
“We are happy that NET1 joined the 4K challenge and provided an opportunity to the Bulgarian audience to experience the new generation of television. What we are seeing lately is a growing hunger for 4K channels, so in the next few years we will focus on developing our 4K products. We have started creating five more UHD channels, which along with the existing five will be distributed worldwide and this will happen very soon,” commented Plamen Poncci, Director of Business Development at Mimyuni.
Mimyuni has more than 30 channels in its portfolio.
