DoubleVerify appoints Smith as Chief Product Officer

DoubleVerify (DV), a software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics, has announced the appointment of Jack Smith as Chief Product Officer, Demand Solutions.

In this newly created role, Smith will be responsible for advancing DV’s agency and brand advertiser solutions portfolio, with a focus on high-growth emerging channels, such as CTV. Smith will also lead all strategy and implementation efforts related to scaling the company’s product development and commercialisation activities to ensure greater success. Based in DV’s New York office, he will report to Matt McLaughlin, COO of DoubleVerify.

A veteran at the global media investment company, GroupM, Smith holds a successful track record across several technology-focused roles within the company. In his most recent position as Global Chief Product Officer, Investment, he spearheaded product and technology design, media investment, data management, finance and other critical media agency functions. Prior to GroupM, he was Chief Product Officer at Simulmedia.
