Viasat World expands content with ViacomCBS

Viasat World, has announced a new two-year licensing agreement with ViacomCBS Global Distribution Group, which will increase the amount of upcoming content on the Viasat TV channels and ViP Play online cinema available in Russia and CIS countries by 20 per cent. This major agreement will bring Viasat TV channels and the ViP Play online cinema over 150 hours of new content from Paramount Pictures’ renowned library, including fan-favorite films and recent theatrical blockbusters.

Under the new deal, Viasat World will have access to more than 90 movies from Paramount Pictures, including recent hits that will be exclusively shown on the Viasat TV channels. Viewers will be able to enjoy films such as the action-packed thrill ride Gemini Man starring Will Smith, the musical celebration Rocketman inspired by the life of Elton John, multiple installments of the wildly popular Mission: Impossible film franchise, and more.
