Qvest Group acquires majority of macc

The Qvest Group, a global systems architect and integrator for broadcast, media, information and communications technology, has acquired the majority of stakes in macc.
macc specializes in business and organizational consulting as well as in training and coaching teams and individuals in organizational change management topics. Together with macc, the Qvest Group is expanding its range of services beyond technology consulting in the design of strategy and business development. In the context of digitalization projects, the company will consult clients on reorganization and cultural development through the implementation of company-wide transformation programs.
The core competencies of macc cover strategy and organizational development as well as the successful design of change processes. The range of services comprises every aspect from corporate innovation and digitalization to all subjects of change and culture management as well as training and coaching for employee and executive development. macc also supports companies in optimizing their business success by taking a customer-centric view in tailored sales & service excellence programs.

macc is based in Bonn and currently employs 30 people with a team of around 25 consultants. macc’s clients include numerous listed companies as well as SME clients, organizations and European institutions.
As part of the transaction, the Qvest Group acquired a majority stake in the macc companies moench + associates GmbH and macc training GmbH. Previous shareholders Clemens Brandstetter, Markus Goller, Bernward Mönch, Marcus Pierk and Heike Mönch-Kowalewski will remain shareholders and partners of macc, consequently ensuring continuity in management and customer relations.
