AVoD streamer YouLook announces first original

YouLook, the new UK-based AVoD service, has partnered with Mark Prince to launch its first original series, The Dr Prince Show.
The Dr Prince Show is a groundbreaking new chat show hosted by Mark Prince, former top boxer turned motivational speaker, TV presenter and anti-crime campaigner.
In this 10-part series, Dr Prince sits down with some of the biggest names in sport, entertainment and culture to share inspirational life stories and incredible personal and professional journeys.
Season 1 guests include legendary football manager Harry Redknapp, Olympic sprinter Dwain Chambers, freestyle footballer Jeremy Lynch, pioneering jockey Hayley Turner and former Newcastle, Spurs and England striker Les Ferdinand.
The Dr Prince Show is Mark Prince’s presenting debut. The former British boxing champion is best known for his work with the Kiyan Prince Foundation, which he set up following the murder of his 15-year-old son Kiyan, who was a promising QPR Academy footballer at the time. Kiyan was trying to break up a fight outside school when he was stabbed and killed. Mark Prince has campaigned tirelessly to bring about an end to youth and gang violence and was made an OBE for his work in 2019.
“This series is an important step in my personal journey, to help get my message across and to hear from my wonderful guests, many of whom have succeeded against the odds,” said Mark.
“I’ve grown up watching the likes of Michael Parkinson and Oprah and while I’m influenced by these talk show greats, I’m proud to have developed my own unique presenting style. For me, it’s all about chemistry – making my guests feel relaxed and comfortable enough to bare their innermost souls and personality and reveal their true identity. Overcoming adversity is a common theme amongst my guests and we hope the series will inspire, educate and entertain in equal measure.

The Dr Prince Show is exec produced by award winning former BBC producer Robert Alex Smith.
