ATEME launches new-generation sustainable UHD contribution encoder

ATEME, a player in video delivery solutions for broadcast, cable TV, DTH, IPTV and OTT, has announced that it has launched its new-generation Kyrion encoder, CM5000e, to enable sustainable UHD contribution for companies in the video industry.Built with sustainability in mind, ATEME’s Kyrion CM5000e encoder encompasses ecological, economical and environmental benefits, enabling lower power consumption, resulting in a lower carbon footprint and increased green credentials for adopters. Driving these environmental benefits are the new encoder’s dense integration capabilities.
