Alpha Networks announces new CEO

Alpha Networks, a provider in software solutions for the video distribution market, has announced the appointment of Guillaume Devezeaux as new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Devezeaux is taking over Victor Badin, who will be now in charge of finances following the new organization of the Group.

“After an excellent performance in terms of business results over the last three years, the Board of Alpha Networks has decided to designate Guillaume Devezeaux as the CEO to bring the company to the next level with an ambitious 3-year strategic plan”, said Badin. “We are excited for Guillaume to forge ahead with this plan and we trust that his vision and his long-standing career within the company will help him reach the objectives and increase revenues and visibility in the market”.

Reflecting on his appointment, Devezeaux said: “I am deeply honored to be appointed as CEO and I am committed to embrace this new challenge with the support from our executive committee, the management and our Board. I am thrilled to lead the company through its next phase of growth”.

A 20-year expert of the technology industry, Devezeaux brings a diversity of experience in product strategy, sales development and business management.

Devezeaux joined Alpha Networks at its beginnings in 2008 as Head of Product Development. He has held different positions over the past 13 years and since December 2016 he was Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for Sales, Marketing & Product activities.

Previously, he served in a number of sales development roles, including innovation, product development, general management. Guillaume was part of the Consultant Team at Proximus for several years.

In the new company organization, Victor Badin will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer, while David Le Dantec is confirmed as Chief Technical Officer and Capucine Doin is responsible for the Group’s Human Resources.
