Technetix appoints Bell as CFO

Technetix has announced the appointment of Robert Bell as Chief Financial Officer of Technetix Group. Technetix’ current CFO, Andrew Kellett is retiring from the company and will leave the business at the end of March 2022 to pursue a plural career. Bell will take up his post as CFO taking over from Andrew on 9th February. Hiss responsibilities will cover finance, operations and IT functions in the company. Andrew will stay with the company until the end of March to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. Bell is an experienced commercially focused CFO who has a breadth of industry experience across engineering, chemicals, software and manufacturing organisations as well as international supply chain and offshore manufacturing knowledge. Bell brings with him extensive experience in operational and financial leadership roles, in both listed and private equity owned companies. Bell also has extensive mergers and acquisition experience and has completed over 40 transactions as well as attracting new investments and driving significant shareholder value in his career. Bell joins Technetix from consultancy Momentum, previous roles include being CFO at Cawood Scientific, a $240 million FTSE listed company Waterlogic, publicly listed Fidessa plc and software company Trema.   “I am pleased to welcome Robert Bell to Technetix.
