Sling TV on Amazon Echo Show 15

Amazon Echo Show 15 customers in the US can now stream Sling TV to watch live television and access its catalogue of more than 150,000 on-demand shows and movies.
Viewers can get started by simply saying “Alexa, open Sling TV” and log-in to their account. Once in the app, users can request specific channels by saying, “Alexa, tune into ESPN on Sling”. Alexa can also help users control content hands free by saying “Alexa, pause,” “Alexa, resume” or “Alexa, fast forward 10 seconds.”
“Echo Show offers Sling users valuable solutions like voice control through Alexa,” said Seth Van Sickel, SVP Product and Operations, Sling TV. “With Sling, Echo Show can function more like a traditional television with linear channels. It bridges the gap for cord-cutters so they can go about their lives, whether that’s meal prepping in the kitchen or working out, without missing a second of their favorite live sports, news and entertainment.”
