Accedo appoints VP People and Culture

Global video solutions provider, Accedo, has announcesd the appointment of Pernilla Wranéus as its new VP People and Culture, reporting to CEO Michael Lantz. Wranéus brings more than 20 years of experience from the IT/Telecom sector in different senior leadership roles, most recently at Ericsson as Head of People for the global IoT business unit. In that role, she was responsible for the implementation of the people strategy and organisational and talent development, with a headcount of more than 1,000 people located across the globe, predominantly in Sweden, Finland, India, China, Canada and Hungary.
Accedo is a global organisation with more than 600 team members across 17 offices. People are at the essence of the company’s core values, and fostering a collaborative environment with plentiful opportunities for development and continuous growth is key. Accedo is currently on a journey to further redefine its people and culture processes to support the company strategy.
