Hoseasons’ Best of Britain by the Sea launching on Channel 4

A new five-part series, created by Blink Films, hits TV screens on May 16th at 9pm, on More4, in a deal brokered by the7stars.
‘Best of Britain by the Sea’ celebrates the best seaside destinations, dishes and delicacies the British Isles has to offer. Part funded by Hoseasons, part of the Awaze Group, the UK’s leading self-catering accommodation specialist, the series is created and produced by Blink Films, and negotiated by the7stars.
Fronted by Britain’s most-loved Foodies Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent, the hour-long episodes follow their journey as they explore the coastline, cook up seaside fares, visit local attractions and discover hidden foodie hotspots along the way.
From holiday cottages and house boats to lodges and caravans, each episode features Grace and Ainsley cooking for one another using their favourite local produce whilst staying at a different Hoseasons holiday home location.
As part of the collaboration, the7stars planned a multimedia activation package to bring the partnership to life across multiple platforms, including home page takeovers and a branded series area on All 4, bespoke 30” competition spots contextually placed in the ad breaks closest to the in-show integration moments, plus a paid social strategy utilising clips from the show to highlight Hoseasons strapline “Relive the Good Times”.
