Technetix acquires Lindsay Broadband

Technetix Group, a broadband technology provider, has confirmed the acquisition of Lindsay Broadband.Technetix says the acquisition will enable significant growth and market traction, expanding its footprint in the Americas and offering its customers a broader range of solutions for HFC, fibre and mobile networks.Technetix will add Lindsay’s HQ site in Canada located in Peterborough, covering sales, R&D, distribution and manufacturing departments and its sales all across the Americas, adding to Technetix’ existing Americas presence in Denver CO, USA and Mexico City, Mexico.Paul Broadhurst, CEO of Technetix Group, commented: “We are delighted with this acquisition as Technetix and Lindsay Broadband have complementary businesses.
