October 14, 2022

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Australia 2022 returns from October 16th to November 13th and StarHub’s Sports+ customers can enjoy a front-row seat to all 45 live cricket games on Hub Sports 4, StarHub’s new dedicated cricket channel.

StarHub is the only service provider in Singapore airing the T20 World Cup 2022.

The T20 World Cup 2022 commences with an opening match between Sri Lanka and Nambia at the Geelong Cricket Ground, Australia. With StarHub TV+, Sports+ customers can stream the competition on any device, over any network, at no extra cost. StarHub will also be airing the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2023 from February 10th to 26th 2023, as well as the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023 from June 18th to July 9th 2023, on Hub Sports 4.

“Cricket is massively popular and is in fact the second most watched ‘live’ sports programme in the world, only behind football. We want to galvanise this excitement, by launching a dedicated cricket channel which broadcasts the pinnacle of cricket competitions – the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Australia 2022. Customers can expect non-stop, nail-biting action between their favourite teams and players, along with a stunning viewing experience and the flexibility to stream anytime, anywhere, with StarHub TV+,” said Andrew Tan, Head of Content, StarHub. “As part of our unwavering desire to build the best sports line-up for our customers, we have amalgamated sporting events from all over the world, such as the Grand Slams, golf majors, Premier League earlier this year, and now, cricket. Stay tuned for more, as we continue our transformation into a one-stop hub for all sports enthusiasts on StarHub, the Home of Sports.”
