The Specialist Works promotes Rutland

Independent media agency for dynamic growth brands, The Specialist Works, has announced the promotion of Alice Rutland to Head of AV. Rutland will head up the AV specialist team at The Specialist Works and ensure that the group continues to innovate and deliver excellence throughout 2023.
Joining The Specialist Works at an entry-level position seven years ago, Rutland has excelled throughout her tenure and become a natural leader within the group. Her unique skillset and experience in both the industry and the business make Rutland the ideal candidate to take on the role as Head of AV.
Progressing from her previous role as AV Director, Rutland will now oversee the best-in-class media planning and delivery across the entire AV spectrum. Her focus will be on creating growth- and client-centric solutions to The Specialist Works’ impressive roster of accounts, including Neilson Financial Services, Frasers Group, Auto Trader, Hastings Direct, and Many Pets.
