Rural development project depends on neXat for network management

Better rural connectivity in parts of South America will be delivered thanks to the creation of new internet networks that will use a one-of-a-kind cloud-based platform for their management and monitoring.
The neXat platform will give VNET, an innovative Guyanese company that specialises in providing internet access to rural locations, tools to manage and monitor its network, billing and online payments, and traffic routing and shaping.
The OSS/BSS platform will help improve the efficiency of VNET’s operations, affording the company more time to better serve sectors including education, health, mining and oil & gas with high-performing and tailored networks.

neXat can also offer VNET a hotspot solution that gives remote Wi-Fi access anywhere, at any time, and from any device with Wi-Fi connectivity, offering added value to standard services.
VNET also specialises in connectivity for disaster and emergency recovery scenarios, and oil & gas and enterprise customers. The two companies are exploring the option of extending the use of the platform to these sectors, utilizing the unique and versatile management interface.
