New commissions from Channel 4.0

August 22, 2023

Channel 4.0 has commissioned two new series, which will be fronted by some of the digital channel’s most popular talent, Chloe Burrows, Harry Pinero and Yung Filly.

Bad Baby is a new digital prank game fronted by Burrows, that will see her observe from the ‘control centre’ as unassuming young couples are thrown into the world of parenthood and required to perform a number of cringe-worthy tasks to soothe their foul-mouthed ‘bad baby’ in order to win a cash prize. The six-part series is produced by Tuesday’s Child and the Executive Producer is Steph Harris with Will Brown as Series Producer. It was commissioned by Digital Commissioning Editor, Comedy Charlie Hyland.

The Filly and Harry Show fronted by Filly and Pinero is another all-new series where the YouTube favourites get deep into discussing the hot topics of the day. The notions thrown up from their conversations will serve as inspiration for an eclectic range of sketches. The six-part series produced by Wall of Productions and the Executive Producers are Joivan Wade, Percelle Ascott and Tafara Makopa. It was written and directed by Shakii Mongulu, Sam Ewen and Joivan Wade. The series was also commissioned by Hyland.

Channel 4.0 has also already recommissioned more Harry Pinero’s Worst in Class, Get in the Van, and Mist’Driven, which are available now, and a second season of Tapped Out has also been commissioned.

Sacha Khari, Head of Digital Commissioning at Channel 4 said: “With the positive response to our digital slate particularly amongst 13-24s, we are thrilled to be pushing more authentic and experimental content with some of the industry’s finest talent and creators. We hope that each new series will continue to captivate our young audience and remind viewers why Channel 4.0 is the ultimate destination for premium digital content.”

Since launching in October 2022, Channel 4.0 has generated over 50 million views and over 200K subscribers.
