Roku opens Innovation Hub in Bengaluru

Roku, the TV streaming specialist, has announced the opening of its new office in Bengaluru, India. Located in Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Challaghatta, the site will serve as a key innovation hub for the company, driving advancement in technology, software engineering, machine learning, and product development for the TV streaming platform.
Roku says it is actively recruiting for engineering roles in Bengaluru, focusing on advertising, cloud, platform, devices, the Roku operating system (OS), and more streaming innovations. The Roku OS is purpose built for TV and powers Roku TV models and streaming players. Worldwide, Roku devices are used by over 80 million streaming households.
