Teen comedy Incoming topped Netflix’s English Films List in the week commencing August 26th with 16.9M views, making it the most-watched title of the week. Lee Daniels’ horror thriller The Deliverance, starring Glenn Close, debuted in third place with 14.5 million views. Returning to the list were the action-packed comedy The Union starring Halle Berry and Mark Wahlberg, which took second (16.8 million views), and the action-thriller Tòkunbò (Nigeria) was at fourth (5.3 million views).

Charlie Cowell’s KAOS starring Jeff Goldblum as the ruthless king of the Gods, Zeus, debuted in fourth place on the English TV List with 3.4 million views. Netflix viewers felt the love across multiple genres elsewhere on the English TV List thanks to a romantic comedy, a standup special, and a reality series. Season 4, Part 1 of Emily in Paris swooned into #2 with 6.5 million views. Adam Sandler’s latest comedy special, Adam Sandler: Love You, debuted at #5 (2.4 million views). Love is Blind: UK reunion sent the reality series back to the list at #9 (2 million views). And the fourth and final season of The Umbrella Academy claimed #8 (2.1 million views).

Documentaries had another strong showing this week. Worst Ex Ever debuted atop the English TV List with 8.4 million views, with American Murder: Laci Peterson claiming third (4.1 million views) and Wyatt Earp and the Cowboy War taking seventh (2.2 million views). On the English Films List, Untold: The Murder of Air McNair took sixth (4 million views), and Untold: Sign Stealer was seventh (3.5 million views).

The sci-fi thriller sci-fi Kalki 2898 AD (India) claimed #1 on the Non-English TV List with 2.6 million views. New list entrants included the thriller Untamed Royals (Mexico) at #2 (2.4 million views) and the heartfelt drama (Un)lucky Sisters (Argentina) at #3 (1.3 million views).

The emotional thriller The Accident (Mexico) claimed the top spot on the Non-English TV List for the second week in a row, racking up 11.9 million views. Making their list debuts were the thriller IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack (India) in second (4.1 million views), the soapy drama Breathless (Spain) in third (3.8 million views), the animated action-drama Terminator Zero (Japan) in sixth (1.7 million views) and the intimate drama Baby Fever (Denmark) in ninth (1.4 million views).
