CosmoBlue Media acquires Macademia

CosmoBlue Media, a specialist in digital distribution and media innovation, has announced the acquisition of Macademia, a family entertainment group known for educational and inspiring content distributed via its Azoomee and Da Vinci brands.
This is the second acquisition of the company after Sofy.tv where CosmoBlue is now actively enlarging its portfolio. CosmoBlue assets will be concentrated on Sports, Movies/ Telenovelas and Kids.
Macademia’s Azoomee and Da Vinci brands deliver family entertainment to over 250 million households across more than 100 countries. With a focus on education, science, nature, and cultural exploration, it has built strong partnerships with over 550 distributors worldwide, ensuring its content is accessible on various platforms, including pay-TV, FAST channels and streaming services
