D&D Zone comes to MCM x EGX for 50th anniversary

ReedPop and Wizards of the Coast are proud to introduce the Dungeons & Dragons Zone heading to MCM Comic Con x EGX this October in honour of the 50th anniversary of the roleplaying franchise. To celebrate 50 years of Dungeons & Dragons, attendees can head down to the Dungeons & Dragons Zone to take part in a wide array of activities, including but not limited to:
- Play adventures with expert Dungeon Masters using the latest ruleset
- Participate in game demos and Dungeon Master workshops
- Learn all about the digital platform D&D Beyond
- Purchase New Releases
Jess Lanzillo, VP of Product and Franchise for D&D at Wizards of the Coast, said: MCM Comic Con x EGX is the natural place for us to celebrate such a major milestone, as we know just how passionate fans of both the show and Dungeons & Dragons are. By bringing the Dungeons & Dragons Zone to MCM Comic Con x EGX, we hope to be able to connect with existing fans of the franchise, and introduce new players to the D&D community and all of the amazing experiences it has to offer.

Fans of Dungeons & Dragons will have other opportunities to celebrate the exciting milestone throughout the long weekend.
- The hit D&D actual-play series Natural Six will return to the show with a new live adventure on Friday 25th October at 4:30pm.
- D&D Live: What We Do in The Shadow-Cursed Lands, is taking place on the Main Stage, Sun 27 Oct at 11:00am.
- Start Dungeon Mastering D&D with the 2024 Dungeon Master’s Guide is being hosted in the Platinum Suite Room 1, Sat 26 Oct at 3:45PM.
Other fantastical workshops, activities and events will take place across the showfloor, all included with ticket purchases.
MCM Comic Con London and EGX will take place at ExCeL London from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th October, and will be the first time both events are under one roof. ReedPop will continue to reveal more exciting announcements throughout the coming weeks.
