Tastemade promotes Simon-Hollis to Head of Marketing

Tastemade, the independent media company, has announced the promotion of Niara Simon-Hollis to Head of Marketing.
In her new role, Simon-Hollis will oversee a brand marketing strategy covering all aspects of the Tastemade business and its presentation to consumers and business partners, with the goal of growing streaming viewership, Tastemade+ memberships, consumer engagement, and overall brand awareness. The announcement was made by Tastemade’s Co-Founder & CEO Larry Fitzgibbon. Simon-Hollis will continue to report to Evan Bregman, Tastemade’s General Manager, Streaming & Direct-to-Consumer.

Simon-Hollis joined Tastemade in early 2023 as the Sr. Marketing Director, Streaming, where she led marketing across Tastemade’s four streaming channels. Tastemade’s streaming viewership has shown significant growth, with a more than 40 per cent increase globally in 2024. Her accomplishments include launching Tastemade’s inaugural brand marketing campaign, ‘Where Taste is Made’, focusing on its streaming channels, aiming to solidify Tastemade as the premier destination for food enthusiasts and lifestyle connoisseurs alike. Simon-Hollis also led marketing campaigns for the Emmy-nominated series, Street Somm, as well as hit series like All Up in My Grill and Kitchen Glow Up.
Simon-Hollis has more than 10 years of experience leading marketing teams and executing marketing campaigns across streaming, podcasts, sports, television, and e-commerce for household brands like Amazon Music, Fox, FX, National Geographic, Wondery, ShoeDazzle and more. Prior to joining Tastemade, she led marketing strategy for Amazon Music and Wondery’s partner podcasts, and commissioned original series where she launched and led campaigns for hit podcasts like Baby, This is Keke Palmer and Morbid. While working at Fox, she led digital marketing and supported the brand marketing strategy for the launch of the WWE on Fox, the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Big Noon Kickoff show, Fox College Football, Pay-Per-View Boxing, and NASCAR.
