FT CTO joins BBC

Financial Times chief technology officer and chief information officer Michael Fleshman is joining BBC Worldwide in the new role of SVP for consumer digital technology.

He will be supervising syndicating BBC shows through third parties such as iTunes Store and blinkbox, and will be developing the BBC online shop to do the same.
