AMC Networks International (AMCNI) is significantly boosting its regional growth in key markets with channel launches and new distribution deals across its brand portfolio. Networks including AMC, which has created some of the most successful television series of the last decade, are launching on key pay-TV operators in Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Iberia and Africa to serve audiences with programming across multiple genres.
“It’s incredibly exciting to bring our globally recognized and locally relevant channels to new viewers in a raft of new territories,” said Ed Palluth, EVP Global Distribution, AMC Networks International. “As 2017 gets underway, AMC Networks is enjoying outstanding regional growth, strengthening our international brands and delivering our bold, distinctive programming to new audiences.”

In Iberia, the Crime + Investigation channel is now available on the Euskaltel platform in Spain’s Basque Country as part of the joint venture between AMCNI Iberia and A+E Networks International.
