TransMedia Dynamics acquired by Lumine Group

TransMedia Dynamics (TMD) has been acquired by Lumine Group, a division of Volaris Group, which is focused on the communications and media vertical market.

TMD is a global provider of content supply chain software to a number of media & entertainment, government and archive organisations. TMD’s customer base spans North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and includes major brands and institutions, including Astro (Measat Broadcast Networks) Malaysia, Discovery Inc., National Film & Sound Archives of Australia, National Archives of Australia, RTÉ, Weigel, WildBrain, the US Senate and Yle.

Founded in 1998, TMD has grown its footprint, with offices in the UK, UA, Malaysia and Australia, and evolved its product suite of content supply chain software – Mediaflex-UMS, Paragon for Archives, and Coeus Intelligent Media Archiving – enabling organisations of all sizes to acquire, manage and deliver many hundreds of Terabytes of content, with upwards of 50 million tasks automated annually for many of its leading media supply chain management customers.
