Delta Fiber selects Agama solution

Agama Technologies, a specialist in video service quality and customer experience, has announced that Delta Fiber Netherlands has chosen Agama’s full end-to-end video monitoring and analytics solution to be deployed across its video delivery network and all device types (STB, iOS, Android and web).
Delta Fiber, a service provider in the Netherlands owned by Swedish investment company EQT, offers high-speed fibre internet, television, telephony and mobile services. Delta Fiber said it chose Agama’s end-to-end solution to monitor its video delivery chain and further improve service quality and user experience.
The Agama solution is a complete end-to-end modular suite that provides detailed high-resolution real-time information on service quality, viewer behaviour and device health. It also streamlines network monitoring, active monitoring and analysis of the availability and quality of adaptive bitrate streaming services.
Using the Agama solution, Delta Fiber can integrate end-to-end high-quality monitoring and video analytics into its network. This ensures that Delta Fiber has a data-driven way of working that integrates its network operations team with other departments. It also provides a real-time overview of its entire video delivery system in terms of service quality and availability, as well as end-users’ behaviour and any possible issues with their devices.
