“MaginePro is in a great position for lean and nimble growth of the product and its SaaS business. Great people, well engineered solutions and optimal company size. “The journey of improving and challenging the ideas of how people and organisations are set up and run will never stop”, says Ottestig. “ I like to think that everything can be improved, and my job here at Magine Pro will be to facilitate and drive this forward motion. To hold and be held accountable for how the people aspect of our business is run.”
