iWedia launches Fast Launch Program

iWedia, part of the ZEGi group and provider of software solutions for connected TV devices, has announced the launch of its Android TV Custom Launcher and Fast Launch Program to support Set Top Box (STB) manufacturers in more rapidly getting products to market and driving value for their operator customers.
The Android TV Custom Launcher is a white-label solution from iWedia which features STAGE – a modern User Interface (UI) with multiscreen capability for all platforms. STAGE is compliant with Google’s operator tier program, easily brandable with the aim for the fastest deployment. The solution frees STB manufacturers to develop products that can scale to the requirements of operators – from OTT to hybrid functionalities. The Android TV Custom Launcher features pre-installed Value-Added Services (VAS), which include third party OTT integration, targeted advertising, video overlays, IoT and smart home features and personalization. These are features that can support operators in driving much greater value for their customers, in order to bolster their revenues.
