Perfect Addiction exclusively on Prime Video Internationally

Prime Video will launch Perfect Addiction, the new movie, based on the hit ‘Perfect Addiction’ web-novel from Wattpad and new adult romance writer Claudia Tan. The movie will be available to Prime Video members across Europe (excluding Germany/Switzerland/Austria), Latin America and the Caribbean, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, and Southeast Asia in spring 2023.
Perfect Addiction is directed by Castille Landon, who has already directed two of the Prime Video hits After We Fell and After Ever Happy. The film features upcoming stars Kiana Madeira (After We Fell, After Ever Happy), Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why), and Matthew Noszka (Star). They are supported by Bree Winslow (Euphoria), Nicholas Duvernay (Purple Hearts), and Manu Bennett (Spartacus).
Sienna Lane (Kiana Madeira) thought she had finally got her life together: A nice apartment, her dream job as a UFC trainer, and Jax (Matthew Noszka), the love of her life. Jax and Sienna seemed to be the unbreakable couple, moving from strength to strength, as Sienna trained Jax to become the ultimate champion in MMA. Everything felt perfect … until it wasn’t, when she catches Jax cheating on her with none other than her younger sister.
Facing the ultimate betrayal from those she loved the most, she finds herself on the edge of the abyss: nowhere to live, no money, and no family. Sienna is left with only pure rage and a need for revenge, and intends to hit Jax where it hurts the most – in the ring. The perfect opportunity presents itself in the form of underdog Kayden Williams (Ross Butler). Kayden is moody, resentful, and undisciplined, but without a doubt a great fighter. Kayden and Sienna soon realise that, to achieve their goals, they are going to have to work together to bring down Jax in the ring. But when Sienna and Kayden get closer outside the ring as well as inside, the path to the champion’s title gets more and more complicated.
Perfect Addiction is a production by Constantin Film (executive producers: Martin Moszkowicz and Richard Wright, producer: Robert Kulzer) and JB Pictures (producer: Jeremy Bolt) in cooperation with Wattpad WEBTOON Studios (producers: Aron Levitz, Lindsey Ramey) and in co-production with Spark Productions. It is directed by Castille Landon and based upon the screenplay by Stephanie Sanditz. Photography is by Maciej Sobieraj. The film is based on the second part of Claudia Tan’s series of novels, which first appeared on Wattpad and was subsequently published by Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group in 2022, with book two and coming in 2023.
