Bin Weevils acquires My Little Pony

Bin Weevils has acquired the broadcast rights to series two and three of My Little Pony from Hasbro, as the leading digital social platform moves to greater expand its on-demand offering.

Bin Weevils has picked up all 26 x 22 minutes episodes of series two and three, which will be available to watch in its cinema room, Riggs Multiplex from 21st June. New episodes will be uploaded every Friday and the series will be promoted with banners, billboard advertising within the world and a red-carpet premier event each week.

The year-long deal follows the successful broadcast of series one of My Little Pony within Bin Weevils last year, which saw nine episodes receive almost 1 million views during a month long campaign.

My Little Pony will add to content already available on Bin Weevils through its on-demand distribution deals with Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. The premium VoD service allows kids to watch top-rating shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants and Ben 10.
