TVN, T-Mobile Polska partner for SVoD

Polish commercial, free-to-air television network TVN and T-Mobile Polska, one of the Polish market’s leading telcos, have entered into a strategic partnership and will jointly launch in the near future the new Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) service T-Mobile Zone under the Player brand for all existing and new T-Mobile residential customers.

T-Mobile Zone within Player will feature for the first time ever, the signature programmes of TVN on a live basis and will offer a selection of the most attractive Polish and foreign feature films, spanning from Hollywood blockbusters and TV series to award-winning Polish productions, as well as a selected number of popular live TV channels.

The service will be accessible for mobile devices on Android, IOS and Windows Phone operating systems and in a web version.

TVN Player, with over 800,000 registered users, has established itself as the leading Polish source for online video entertainment and expands with Player for T-Mobile customers the scope of its service by offering popular Hollywood content as well as a special offer for children and access to live TV on a SVOD basis,” he noted.
